PVV 和 PVQ 泵是定排量叶片泵。在驱动轴驱动轴 (1) 的齿上安装有转子 (2),它在定子环 (3) 内回转。叶片 (4) 安装在转子槽内,转子转动时靠离心力使叶片压在定子环的内表面。排油腔的端面由配油盘 (5) 密封。由于

定子环是双偏心结构,因此形成对称布置的两个吸油区和两个压油区,因此传动轴的径向液压力相互平衡而卸载。

由于 PVQ 泵的设计结构,使其特别适用于行走机械应用。由于配油盘的特殊结构,而能够补偿转子体的热膨胀和能够对突然的压力变化起到抵抗作用。通过将配油盘分成柔性盘(7) 和端盖 (8) 而形成反向压力腔 (9),以平衡在挤压器中的压轴仅传递驱动转矩。在吸油区,叶片部分地卸荷。这能减少磨损和获得高效率。取下端盖 (6),可以更换泵芯 (由转子、叶片、定子环和配油盘组成),而不必从钟形罩上卸下泵体 (7)。这样就能迅速地对泵进行维护和修理。力。这就保证了转子和柔性盘之间的最佳间隙,因而保证泵拥有最好的容积效率。
